MAIA R&Dtc is recruiting engineers and technicians with a passion for new technological challenges, and offers them a chance to build their careers in a variety of high-technology based environments .
Thus, as a consultant moves from project to project, he or she evolves and progresses from the point of view of responsibility, technological expertise, innovation and people skills.

Several career paths are then open to him/her depending on his/her level of qualification:

Technicians, with 2 or 3 years' higher education
- junior technician
- experienced technician or design manager
- then
- consultant
- or
- commercial engineer
- manager (running a profit centre)
Engineers, with a Masters or equivalent
- design engineer,
- consultant,
- then
- senior consultant (project leader or technical expert)
- or
- commercial engineer
- manager (running a profit centre)
